Nebulite
These terms govern your use of Nebulite (the game, available at www.nebulite.app and as an Android/iOS app). By creating an account, playing as a guest or playing the game, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Nebulite is a free game with optional paid content (for example, energy or permanent perks). Parts of the game rely on online services (account, cloud save, energy, purchases), so an internet connection is required for those features.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) to use Nebulite. If you are a minor, you need permission from your parent or legal guardian, especially for purchases.
Energy, minerals, upgrades, items and any other in-game content are virtual goods: we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them within the game. You do not own them, they have no real-world monetary value, they are not redeemable for money and they may not be sold or transferred outside the game. We may adjust game balance (internal prices, effects, rates) to keep the game fair and sustainable.
The game may offer you the option to voluntarily watch ads in exchange for rewards (for example, energy). Ads are served by third parties (see the Privacy Policy); the reward is granted by our server once the ad is completed.
Linked accounts get an invitation link. If someone signs up through your link and links their account, you both receive a reward. Conditions: you cannot invite yourself, each account can only be invited once, and the sign-up must happen through the link. We may revoke rewards obtained through fraud or abuse (fake accounts, automation, etc.).
When using Nebulite you agree NOT to:
The game and all its content (code, art, music, texts, names and marks, including “Nebulite”) belong to the developer or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you — only a personal, non-exclusive license to play.
Nebulite is under active development. We may update, modify or remove features and content, and perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. We will try to ensure that significant changes do not cause you to lose purchases already delivered; if we were to discontinue the service entirely, we would announce it with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms (in particular, section 9). Where reasonable, we will warn you first. You may stop using the game or delete your account at any time.
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as damage caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence) or your statutory consumer rights.
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version at this same URL with its update date. If a change is substantial, we will flag it in the game or on the website. Continuing to play after it takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile. Estos términos regulan el uso de Nebulite (el juego, disponible en www.nebulite.app y como aplicación para Android/iOS). Al crear una cuenta, entrar como invitado o jugar, aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el juego.

Nebulite es un juego gratuito con contenido opcional de pago (por ejemplo, energía o ventajas permanentes). Parte del juego depende de servicios en línea (cuenta, guardado en la nube, energía, compras), por lo que necesita conexión a internet para esas funciones.
Debes tener al menos 13 años (o la edad mínima equivalente en tu país) para usar Nebulite. Si eres menor de edad, necesitas el permiso de tu padre, madre o tutor legal, en especial para realizar compras.
La energía, los minerales, las mejoras, los objetos y cualquier otro contenido del juego son bienes virtuales: te concedemos una licencia limitada, personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usarlos dentro del juego. No son de tu propiedad, no tienen valor en dinero real, no son canjeables por dinero y no pueden venderse ni transferirse fuera del juego. Podemos ajustar el balance del juego (precios internos, efectos, cadencias) para mantenerlo justo y sostenible.
El juego puede ofrecerte ver anuncios de forma voluntaria a cambio de recompensas (por ejemplo, energía). Los anuncios los sirven terceros (ver la Política de privacidad); la recompensa la concede nuestro servidor al completarse el anuncio.
Las cuentas vinculadas disponen de un enlace de invitación. Si alguien se registra a través de tu enlace y vincula su cuenta, ambos recibís una recompensa. Condiciones: no puedes invitarte a ti mismo, cada cuenta solo puede ser invitada una vez y el registro debe producirse a través del enlace. Podemos retirar recompensas obtenidas mediante fraude o abuso (cuentas falsas, automatización, etc.).
Al usar Nebulite te comprometes a NO:
El juego y todo su contenido (código, arte, música, textos, nombres y marcas, incluida «Nebulite») pertenecen al desarrollador o a sus licenciantes. Estos términos no te transfieren ningún derecho de propiedad: solo una licencia personal y no exclusiva para jugar.
Nebulite está en desarrollo activo. Podemos actualizar, modificar o retirar funciones y contenido, y realizar mantenimiento que interrumpa temporalmente el servicio. Procuraremos que los cambios importantes no te hagan perder compras ya entregadas; si descontinuáramos el servicio por completo, lo anunciaremos con antelación razonable.
Podemos suspender o cerrar tu cuenta si incumples estos términos de forma grave o reiterada (en particular, la sección 9). Cuando sea razonable, te avisaremos antes. Tú puedes dejar de usar el juego o eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento.
El juego se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no garantizamos que el servicio sea ininterrumpido o libre de errores, y nuestra responsabilidad total frente a ti se limita al importe que nos hayas pagado en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación. Nada en estos términos excluye o limita responsabilidades que la ley no permita excluir (como daños causados por dolo o negligencia grave) ni tus derechos como consumidor.
Si cambiamos estos términos, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta misma URL con su fecha de actualización. Si el cambio es sustancial, lo señalaremos en el juego o en la web. Seguir jugando tras la entrada en vigor supone aceptar los términos actualizados.
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Si eres consumidor en la UE/EEE, conservas la protección de las normas imperativas de tu país de residencia y puedes acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio. Para cualquier duda: [email protected].
