Nebulite
This policy describes what personal data Nebulite (the game, available at www.nebulite.app and as an Android/iOS app) collects, why, and the rights you have over it.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or any other device data. We do not sell your data.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from within the game (SETTINGS → Account → Delete account) or by following the instructions at www.nebulite.app/delete-account.html. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your account, progress, energy and in-game purchase history are removed. Payment processors (Google, Apple, Stripe) may retain transaction records for as long as the law requires.
If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
Nebulite is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
All data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Supabase infrastructure with per-user access control (each account can only access its own data).
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this same URL with its update date.

No recogemos tu ubicación, contactos, fotos ni ningún otro dato del dispositivo. No vendemos tus datos.
Conservamos tus datos mientras tu cuenta exista. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y todos tus datos en cualquier momento desde el propio juego (AJUSTES → Cuenta → Eliminar cuenta) o siguiendo las instrucciones de www.nebulite.app/delete-account.html. El borrado es inmediato e irreversible: se eliminan tu cuenta, tu progreso, tu energía y tu historial de compras del juego. Los procesadores de pago (Google, Apple, Stripe) pueden conservar registros de transacciones el tiempo que exija la ley.
Si estás en la UE/EEE tienes derecho a acceder, rectificar, suprimir, portar y limitar u oponerte al tratamiento de tus datos, y a retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento. Escríbenos a [email protected]. También puedes reclamar ante tu autoridad de control (en España, la AEPD).
Nebulite no está dirigido a menores de 13 años (o la edad mínima equivalente en tu país) y no recogemos conscientemente datos de menores. Si crees que un menor nos ha facilitado datos, contáctanos y los eliminaremos.
Todos los datos se transmiten cifrados (HTTPS/TLS) y se almacenan en infraestructura de Supabase con control de acceso por usuario (cada cuenta solo puede acceder a sus propios datos).
Si cambiamos esta política, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta misma URL con su fecha de actualización.
